Susan Carr Marketing and Operations

Marketing is a core competency for Susan, having a degree in communications and having served as marketing manager for several companies, covering digital, social media and communications. Out of the capability, Susan evolved to project team lead, gaining over 10 years of extensive project management, product management and business analysis experience. Susan has managed the strategy, planning, discovery and delivery of websites, web applications, platform migrations, and integrations. She is collaborative and builds relationships between global teams - stakeholders, executive leadership, design / UX, engineering and QA - to support projects through all phases of SDLC, and to prioritize requirements, overcome obstacles and manage change.

Susan’s Industry background covers financial services, B2B, B2C, education, government in commercial software development, MarTech, e-commerce and data porjects. Client roster includes Bank of America, Goodyear, Emerson Electric, Hewlett Packard, Edward Jones and Akamai.

Abhi Bhadra Engineering

Abhi, a mechanical engineer by education and a software engineer by vocation, combines technical expertise with visionary leadership. With a master's in Industrial and Management Engineering from the University of Iowa and a background rooted in the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, he has excelled in leading high-performing software development teams and crafting cloud-based solutions on platforms like Google Cloud and Azure. Abhi's career spans harmonizing complex data operations, developing scalable software solutions, and collaborating at the C-suite level. His commitment to staying at the forefront of technology trends drives his success in creating tailored, evidence-based solutions.
